1. Subscription Content
Customers can choose to subscribe to any pet treat product, with a monthly delivery cycle. The type, quantity, and specifications of products delivered in each period will be based on the plan you selected when placing the order.
2. Subscription Process and Payment
All customers must provide a correct delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and payment method.
Subscriptions are on an "automatic renewal" basis, and payments for each period will be automatically deducted from the linked credit card/payment tool. If payment fails, the company will temporarily suspend delivery and notify you. If payment fails 3 consecutive times, the subscription will be considered terminated. The company reserves the right to adjust subscription prices due to changes in costs, but will notify you via email in advance.
3. Delivery and Receipt
Customers can choose a fixed delivery date (e.g., the 5th of each month), and the actual arrival time will depend on logistics. If you need to modify an order, you must notify the company via email or WhatsApp to change the product or address at least 3 days before delivery. If the deadline is missed, the original order will be shipped.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
To cancel any product subscription plan, you must notify the company in writing or by email at least 30 days before the delivery date. However, the current paid order will still be delivered. Once a subscription is cancelled, it will no longer auto-renew, but you can manually re-subscribe.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Assurance
If a product is damaged in transit or expired, please take a photo and contact customer service for an exchange within 24 hours of receipt. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must ensure that their pets are not allergic to the product ingredients or have any adverse reactions to consumption. The company does not guarantee any legal liability in any circumstances. If an order is delayed due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or strikes, the company will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the order on time, but will not bear any legal liability arising from such force majeure factors.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
All customer data is used solely for delivery, customer service, and marketing purposes. You can notify the company at any time to unsubscribe from promotions.
By checking the subscription service box when placing your order, you agree that you have read and accepted the above terms, confirmed that the provided information is accurate, and understand that the subscription is an automatic renewal model.
