A: This could be due to the following reasons:

• It could be that the change in the form or shape of the treat compared to previous treats makes them unwilling to eat.
• It could be that the flavor of the treat is different from previous treats, making them unwilling to eat.
• It could be that they originally don't like certain ingredients (i.e., picky eating).
• It could be a storage issue that altered the aroma or texture of the meat.
• It could be that harder/larger treats were chosen, which causes disinterest in pets with missing, no, or bad teeth. It is recommended to use scissors to cut them into smaller pieces. This can better accommodate your pet's needs and avoid difficulties for small or young pets due to overly large pieces of food.
